Missing perspective? How to open your heart, shift your mindset and nourish your soul

Do you have practices, sort of like spiritual breadcrumbs, that nourish your soul in and around your home?

In our home, being avid readers, our “spiritual breadcrumbs” come in the shape of the slew of books we are reading, often simultaneously, and displaying about our home.

One of my favorite practices is to choose a book, open it to a random page and open my heart to the message I come across. I read it as something that I’m meant to integrate into my life and also teach you.

Welcome to episode 15 of Next Level Greatness! In this episode, I’m sharing a fable I stumbled upon today, “The Crippled Fox, and the Generous Lion”, and my interpretation of the wisdom it seeks to impart.

I’m using this short fable as an opportunity to get you thinking about the endless possibilities available to you at any given moment. And, how shifting your mindset from victim to victor can change your reality for the better!

Also, how shifting your internal world can help you manage what’s going on outside your control more effectively.

I hope this “Story Time with Barbie” serves as a reminder that how you respond to things in your life makes all the difference, and ultimately creates your experience!
